Carlos Santana - Blues At Montreux

Op 12 juli 2004 was er een zeer speciale avond op het Montreux Festival voor iedereen die de blues een warm hart toedraagt. Met Carlos Santana als musical director (en speciale gast gitarist), kwamen er drie muzikale legendes op het podium, ze speelden allemaal een volledig concert, vol met prachtig blues gitaarspel. Bobby Parker, Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown en Buddy Guy kunnen zelf ook zalen vullen, dus het is uitzonderlijk dat ze gezamelijk deze avond samen optreden. Aangevuld met Carlos Santana en Chic "maestro" Nile Rodgers moet dit wel de blues Hemel zijn!
